With over 45 years of experience, Kevin has developed extensive business expertise across corporations, financial institutions, professional service firms, family businesses and estates, non-profits, and educational institutions. As the Director of Business and Leadership Development at Stowe & Degon, he cultivates a strong Financial Institution and Professional Service community (Providers, Advisors, Consultants, Thought Leaders) whose expertise can benefit current and prospective clients. He also implements internal leadership development programs for young professionals and business development programs and initiatives across the firm.
