Rich has approximately 35 years of public accounting experience with both large and small firms. He focuses on providing tax compliance, tax planning, and tax advisory services to high net worth individuals and closely-held businesses and their owners in a diversity of industries. He has extensive experience in the areas of corporate taxation, multi-state taxation, real estate tax matters, and in non-profit taxation. Rich has represented clients in federal and state tax examinations and has achieved considerable success in minimizing the tax liabilities resulting from these examinations.
Rich graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and cum laude from Bentley College with a Master of Science degree in Taxation.
