Prasanna Kidambi

Prasanna joins our team as a CPA with over 15 years of public accounting experience, the majority of which have been spent in an international accounting firm environment. His educational background includes a Bachelors in Commerce from The University of Mumbai and an MBA from Clark University. Among many strengths, Prasanna has a deep understanding of global, regional, and local businesses. Over the years Prasanna has worked with a variety of private and public companies.

He has also worked with numerous investment banking organizations and private equity companies with tax implications and ongoing tax reporting responsibilities of merger and acquisition transactions. “I enjoy working closely with clients to ensure that their tax strategy is well aligned with their goals. I also enjoy educating clients on various tax planning opportunities that are created due to the ever-changing tax landscape”

Prasanna’s tax knowledge, collaborative style, and deeply concentrated experiences merge to help clients implement an appropriate range of effective short term and long term tax strategies.

Outside of work, Prasanna loves to spend time with his wife and two kids. (girl and a boy). “We love to go hiking, or play tennis or any board games or just hanging out in the pool”
